  ﹣By using the traditional single column and fixed beam NC vertical lathe layout mode, the machine can complete the interior and exterior cylindrical surface, interior and exteriro tapered surface, plane and curved surface machining. The machine can also carry out the slot-cutting, cutting-off, drilling, countersinking, reaming and other machining.﹣It uses the electrical position-rotating tool carrier.﹣Main motor uses the straight-teeth gear transmission. The spindle bearings use the introduced precision bearings and use the grease for lubrication.﹣The cylinder controls the high and low speed changeover mode.﹣X and Z axes use the cast iron hardened and tape covered guide-way set.﹣The servomotors drive the ball lead-screws via one step of synchronous teeth belt decelerator.﹣Main big components use the closely reinforced layout so that they are good in anti-vibration, high in whole machine rigidity.﹣There are many functions, such as: man machine dialogue, Chinese and English language changeover, trace display, trouble self diagnosis, automatic alarming, and with floppy driving input.﹣The machine is reliable in its running, stable in the accuracy. Features
This machine is a CNC lathe controlled by a microcomuter and driven by servo motors. It is suitable for turning cylindrical and taper faces, boring, grooving and cutting threads. (Including taper threads)﹣The machine adopts ISO international Code, Keyboard Manual Data Input, it is also provided with program of power cut-off protection and the functions of automatic diagnosis, and with RS232 interface.﹣Longitudinal and cross feeds are effected by ball leadscrews.﹣Eighter vertical or horizontal 4 station or 6 station tool post or gang tools can be selected. The post is located on precision contrate gears with a high repeated positioning accuracy.﹣Both chuck and tailstock are supplied with hydraulic or manual type.﹣The surface of the bedways is supersonic frequency heardened and precision ground with a long service life.﹣The spindle bore size is 80mm. The spindle system is high in the rigidity and accuracy, there is no vibration when turning with a cutting depth of 8mm. And invertor is used to realize variable speed.
